Refund & Return Policy for M.COVALI LLC

At M.COVALI LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our process for refunds and returns on products like lighting solutions, electrical accessories, and cameras.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.
- Eligible Products: Most items qualify, except custom orders, perishable goods (e.g., certain small appliances), or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., opened cameras).
- Non-Returnable: Gift cards, digital downloads, or items damaged by misuse.
2. Return Process
- Contact us via email (wmcollc25@gmail.com) with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Ship the item to our warehouse (443 Ramsay Way APT 427, Kent, WA 98032) at your expense, using a trackable carrier. Include the RMA in the package.
- Upon receipt and inspection (within 7 business days), we'll process your refund.
3. Refunds
- Amount: Full refund of product price (excluding shipping fees) for eligible returns. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Processing Time: Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If reported within 7 days of delivery, we'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost.
- Partial Refunds: For items with missing parts, we may offer partial credit.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size/color if available. Follow the return process and specify your exchange preference.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment via email. After shipment, treat as a return.
